Police had councillor's fingerprints on hate mail - but dropped case

A councillor's case linked to hate mail has been dropped despite evidence. Gerard Woodhouse, who previously harassed ex-Lord Mayor Christine Banks, had his fingerprints on earlier hate mail, but the investigation was halted.
